1. General idea
(1) the whole teaching process is generally divided into two parts: conventional teaching and field comprehensive practice (or assessment). The conventional teaching is carried out in the form of theory and practice in the classroom, playground and natural environment nearby the school; Field comprehensive practice is not only a training course to improve students' ability of living in the field, but also a comprehensive assessment of students' ability to survive in the field.
(2) according to the learning process, the comprehensive practice in the field can be designed into different difficulties, such as primary, intermediate and advanced. The activity forms can be divided into base type, crossing type and mixed type. Time can be used on weekends, long holidays, winter and summer holidays.
(3) 36-72 class hours can be arranged in each semester (including the class hours of field comprehensive training). Among them, 1:2:3 is suitable for the class hours of theory course, practice course and field comprehensive practice course.
(4) students' self-evaluation, mutual evaluation and teacher evaluation can be used to comprehensively evaluate students' learning situation from five learning fields.
2. Field comprehensive training practice
(1) base type: the base type field comprehensive training takes the base camp as the activity base and uses the surrounding terrain environment to formulate the activity content. The activity time of the case is 3 days and the difficulty is low.
Day 1: start from school, arrive at the destination at noon, set up a base and make lunch by yourself.
Field Orienteering Training at 13:30 p.m. Return to the base at 17:30 p.m., have a picnic and rest at 21:30 p.m.
The next day: breakfast at 5:30 a.m. and departure at 7:00 a.m. for walking training on special road sections in the field. Have dry food at noon. Natural rock climbing
